About newborns

In 2014, the very first baby photos that I took are my niece, Briar. Briar is such a beautiful and adorable baby, I took my DSLR and just couldn’t stop taking pictures of her, although I had limited knowledge about photography at that time, I still knew that I needed to find better lighting, natural backdrop and posing her to find good compositions. After Leif’s friend saw my photos then wanted me to do photos for them. With lots of supports and encouragements from my husband, I started my photography career. I took photos of my baby boys, Rollie and Gus since they was born. I was doing way more amount of photos of them, they were my newborn models, and every time I shoot newborn photos, it makes me miss so much the baby smell, the feeling of their soft skin and their body temperature while I was holding tiny of them in my hand, they were so little and they could all fit all doll sizes of the outfits and props. Time flyers and my babies grow so quickly, I am so glad I was able to capture all those sweet and precious moments. Those pictures are my priceless memories of them, and I am still keeping capturing all stages of them. The improvement of my photograph skill, you can see the pictures below.
